exclusively watching reruns of the office or seinfeld.
and not wearing a night guard for it.
talking during movies.
finishing books i hate.
celeb-related snapchat stories.
and other mindless entertainment.
not wearing sunscreen enough.
not drinking enough water.
not being enough.
procrastination—need i say more?
not having a routine.
staring into an open fridge, waiting for food to magically appear.
giving up too easily.
throwing clothes on the floor.
letting laundry pile up.
being overly judgmental.
constantly having an overwhelming to-do list.
compulsions to list everything.
maybe i’ll change some of these…
