  9. apologizing for swearing with a curse word.

  10. trichotillomania.

  11. emotional shopping.

  12. bad budgeting.

  13. blue light before bed.

  14. eating dairy.

  15. eating gluten too, probably.

  16. talking to myself.

  17. all work, no play.

  18. all play, no work.

  19. sleeping in.

  20. vicious self-talk.

  21. fearing failure.

  22. living in fear.

  23. annoying people on purpose.

  24. being annoying.

  25. being hypocritical.

  26. complaining.

  27. exclusively watching reruns of the office or seinfeld.

  28. grinding teeth.

  29. and not wearing a night guard for it.

  30. not flossing.

  31. talking during movies.

  32. finishing books i hate.

  33. buzzfeed quizzes.

  34. celeb-related snapchat stories.

  35. and other mindless entertainment.

  36. poor posture.

  37. not wearing sunscreen enough.

  38. not drinking enough water.

  39. not being enough.

  40. procrastination—need i say more?

  41. not having a routine.

  42. staring into an open fridge, waiting for food to magically appear.

  43. being sedentary.

  44. being melodramatic.

  45. social withdrawal.

  46. giving up too easily.

  47. throwing my clothes on the floor.

  48. letting laundry pile up.

  49. being overly judgmental.

  50. constantly having an overwhelming to-do list.

  51. compulsions to list everything.
